- 1 cup Coconut Butter
- Peppermint Oil
- Finely Shredded Coconut (optional)
- 1 cup dark chocolate
1. Combine 1st 3 ingredients thoroughly and shape into 1 inch patties. Place on parchment paper and put in freezer (only a few minutes).
2. Melt Chocolate.
3. With a fork dip patties into melted chocolate and place back onto parchment paper.
4. Place in freezer or refrigerator to set.
